Cristina Sánchez Moisés
About

Hi, I'm Cristina

If you're reading this, you probably have an immigration process ahead of you and a lot of questions on your mind. I know how that feels, because I've been in that same place.

I came from Argentina eager to build a life in the United States, with so much still to discover. When the pandemic hit, I couldn't go back to my country and I had to file to maintain my status. I couldn't afford an attorney and didn't know document preparers existed, so I did it alone.

I earned my degree as a Public Accountant in Argentina, so forms and paperwork weren't new to me. I thought that would make things easier, and even so the process was overwhelming. That's when I understood that the heaviest part of an immigration process isn't the paperwork, it's going through it alone. With someone walking alongside you, everything feels different.

And I wasn't the only one. Around me were many people in the same situation, unable to leave the country and unable to afford an attorney. I started helping them with the only process I knew, the same one I had done for myself, and that's how my first client arrived. Then came another, and another.

Over time, those same people started asking me about other processes. That's when I realized I could help so much more, and I decided to prepare myself to do it: I studied at the Paralegal Institute of the Americas, then completed other programs and courses at different institutions, and discovered a world I love, where there's always something new to learn. Along the way I found my purpose, helping others, and the chance to make it my way of life. I believe life shows all of us signs; the difference is having the courage to follow them. I did, and today I feel truly fortunate for the path that opened up. Today I keep training, because my mission is to help as many people as possible.

That's how Made Simple was born: to be what I didn't know existed when I needed it. So you have someone who brings order to your process, takes care of every detail and stays by your side from start to finish. When you're ready to begin, I'd love to hear your story.

FAQ

What people usually ask

Are you attorneys?
No. Made Simple is an immigration form preparation service and does not provide legal advice. Its job is to make sure your forms and package are complete, organized and prepared exactly as USCIS requires. If your case ever needs a legal opinion, Made Simple will tell you clearly so you can consult an attorney.
Are you immigration paralegals?
No. Made Simple works independently, without an attorney's supervision, so it cannot present itself as a paralegal, even though Cristina studied at the Paralegal Institute of the Americas. Here's how the three differ:

Attorney: gives you legal advice and can represent you before USCIS or a court.
Paralegal: works under an attorney's supervision. Often they are the ones who prepare the case documents, which the attorney then reviews.
Form preparer: works independently, without an attorney's supervision. They fill out your forms and prepare your package with the information you provide, but they don't give legal advice or represent you.

That last one is what Made Simple does.
What does Made Simple do for you?
It takes care of the part that overwhelms most people: filling out your forms and putting together your package following USCIS instructions, with the information you provide. It tells you which documents to gather, organizes your evidence and gets everything ready to file.

And the support doesn't end when your package is sent. While your case is pending, Made Simple explains each notice you receive and what to expect next, so you always know where your case stands.
Can I do my process on my own?
Yes. All USCIS forms are designed so you can fill them out yourself, have someone else prepare them for you, or work with an attorney. The difference is the support: with Made Simple you have someone who organizes your information, checks every detail and explains what to expect at each stage, so you don't go through it alone.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the process and on each case. After the initial call, Made Simple sends you a quote with the preparation fees. Keep in mind that these fees cover preparing your forms and your package. They don't include USCIS fees, which are paid separately to the government, or responses to a Request for Evidence (RFE) or a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), which are quoted separately if they are ever needed.
What are USCIS fees?
They are the amounts the U.S. government charges to process each application. Each form has its own fee, set by USCIS, and it can change over time. They are paid directly to USCIS and are separate from Made Simple's fees. Your quote shows which ones apply to your process, and you can always check current amounts on the official USCIS website.
How do I pay?
To get started, you sign a service agreement and pay an initial deposit. You can pay by card through a secure payment link that Made Simple sends you.
Can I do everything remotely?
It depends on the state where you live, because each state has its own rules for this type of service. If your state allows it, everything is coordinated by call and by email. To request your documents, Made Simple uses a secure, easy-to-use client portal, so your personal information is protected the way it should be. When your package is ready, Made Simple sends the documents to your home for you to sign.
How long does it take?
Processing times are set by USCIS, not by Made Simple, and they vary by type of process. Some processes, such as the O-1 or EB-1, offer premium processing: for an additional fee paid to USCIS, you get a response within a set timeframe. On your initial call, you'll find out whether your process offers that option.
Why do you ask for a form before booking?
So your initial call is truly worth your time. With your answers, Made Simple comes to the call already knowing your situation, without spending time on the basics. It also shows from the start whether your process is one Made Simple can help with or whether your case requires consulting an attorney.
Do you guarantee approval?
No, and no one can. In immigration, the final decision is at the discretion of the officer who reviews each case, whether at USCIS or a consulate. What Made Simple does is prepare your package with care and attention to detail, checking that every form, signature and document is in order, to reduce the risk of your case being delayed or rejected because of an avoidable mistake.
